Return and Exchange Policy

At Alnoras Patisserie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns about your order, please read our policy below and don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer support team.

Returns

Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.

Initiation

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

Eligibility

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our customer support team.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We will arrange for the exchange of the item at no additional cost to you.
